Why do my wipes feel dry?Updated 5 months ago

The active ingredient in our Hand Sanitizing Wipes is a fruit-derived alcohol. It is highly effective for sanitizing small areas and also provides a streak-free clean on materials like stainless steel and glass. One of alcohol's characteristics, however, is it evaporates with exposure to oxygen, giving it that “dry” feeling. Our dispenser keeps alcohol-based wipes moist for 4x longer than alternative single-use packaging. 

Since our Hand Sanitizing wipes are composed primarily of alcohol (65%), we've found that you can add a small amount of water to the wipes to help get to a moisture level you like. You should only need a small amount, and give it 5-10 minutes for the roll to absorb and spread out the liquid. If any problems persist, feel free to give us a shout at [email protected].
