There are two different logins for Biom customers:
- If you have a subscription and are trying to log in to your account, enter your email that your account is using and click “Next,” which will send a 4-digit code to your email. After that, use the 4-digit code from the email to complete the remaining steps to log in. (Be sure to check your Spam in case it went there by accident!)
- If you’re a Biom customer that does not use subscriptions, and only orders through our main website, you can log in to view things like Order History. You can do so by creating a traditional email and password account via the link here. If you have any trouble logging in (and have already created an account previously), please feel free to email us at [email protected].
