How do I change or cancel my order?Updated 2 months ago

If you are a Biom subscriber, you can cancel or change the timing of your shipments from your account. Feel free to log in here to make changes. Please note that we send reminders to accounts 3 days prior to order refills, but you must be subscribed to emails to receive. Feel free to make sure you're signed up at the bottom of our homepage here!

For regular orders, due to how quickly our warehouse fulfills orders, we are unable to accommodate cancellations after an order is placed at this time. However, we do offer a 30-day return policy on unopened Wipes Refills and Dispensers! You can start your return by visiting our Loop Portal for an easy return or exchange process. If you encounter any issues, feel free to email us at [email protected].
