How do I update my shipping or billing information?Updated 5 months ago
You can change your shipping or billing information any time. Once logged into your account, select ‘Manage Subscriptions' to locate the subscription you'd like to modify. Then scroll down to the section that most applies to you.
To change your shipping address:
- Click “Change Shipping Address” and to adjust billing information;
- Click “Update Your Payment Method.”
After updating the respective pages, please make sure to click “Confirm” to ensure your changes are made.
If you received a notification about an upcoming order, and you’re looking to change your shipping address, please try to submit the new address at least 24 hours before the order’s Refill Date. This will give our team enough time to ensure the address is properly updated in our system.
