If you schedule your return through our Loop Returns portal, you will be given instructions on how to return, as well as a label and tracking information. 

As soon as the tracking link recognizes the return is in the mail, Loop will go ahead and process that refund to your account and card on file. If you encounter any issues during your refund process, please reach out to us at [email protected].
